qcacld-3.0: Remove legacy DP Trace config macros
Recently change I1938c3f5ab8164e792cb9b1c76e6afa79444bd6f ("qcacld-3.0: Relocate HDD DP ini items") relocated the DP Trace configuration from the legacy configuration to the converged mechanism. But this change left behind some macros that are now unused and obsolete, so remove them. Change-Id: I1af43a3dd7d85465558195110744a303cce4dff3 CRs-Fixed: 2367378
