qcacmn: Set txrx chainmask to 0 for non CFR RTT report type

TxRx chainmask is populated by the FW only in the case when report
type is WMI_RTT_REPORT_CFR.

Populate txrx chainmask to 0 when RTT report type is non-CFR to avoid
corruption.
