qcacld-3.0: Align Kbuild with Linux guidelines

Fix the following issues in Kbuild:
- 'Managment' may be misspelled - perhaps 'Management'?
- 'Endianess' may be misspelled - perhaps 'Endianness'?
- Use of EXTRA_CFLAGS is deprecated, please use `ccflags-y instead.
