qcacld-3.0: Correctly call csr_scan_get_result_for_bssid()

Currently sme_scan_get_result_for_bssid() passes a tHalHandle to
csr_scan_get_result_for_bssid(), but a tpAniSirGlobal is expected, so
correct the call to pass the correct parameter.
