qcacld-3.0: Remove typedef tBeaconFilterMsg

Change Id235d6303ce7c740f907147afc7248d833772067 ("qcacld-3.0:
Cleanup eWNI_SME_SET_BCN_FILTER_REQ") removed the usage of typedef
tBeaconFilterMsg, but didn't actually remove the obsolete typedef,
so remove it now.
