qcacmn: Add the SOCID for WCN6750_V2 chip

SOC ID is missing for WCN6750_V2 and as a result correct
string for chip is not sent to CNE. This leads to the
issue in Wifi calls.

Add the SOC ID for WCN6750_V2.
