qcacmn: Log the debug information before freeing the buffer

Log the necessary debug information before freeing the dynamically
allocated memory while sending WMI commands
WMI_ROAM_CONFIGURE_MAWC_CMDID and WMI_NLO_CONFIGURE_MAWC_CMDID.
