qcacld-3.0: Rename HDD variable pChannelList
The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names and so-called Hungarian notation, so rename HDD local variable pChannelList to be compliant. Change-Id: I865feb3294644a6c6d8342fef1baeda5d080da10 CRs-Fixed: 2405762
