qcacld-3.0: Convert pr_info logs to qdf_trace logs

qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation

Convert the pr_info logs to qdf_trace logs with error log level,
so that the logs are displayed both in kmsg as well as in logger
app logs.
