icnss2: Fix compilation error when CONFIG_MSM_QMP is not enabled

'qmp' is not defined in 'struct icnss_priv' when CONFIG_MSM_QMP
is not set, use 'use_direct_qmp' to check if 'qmp' is configured
or not.
