qcacld-3.0: Disable IBSS creator info upon GETIBSSPEERINFOALL command

When GETIBSSPEERINFOALL command is used to print IBSS peer info,
both creator and peer info are displayed.

Fix is to decrease the loop iteration by one so that creator
info is not displayed.
