40311cd796 Add config for the quick pickup gesture 
Test: manually check that quick pickup gesture is
registered on device and triggers when AoD is not enabled
and when udfps is enrolled

ed76440182 L10 : Create initial config.xml 
Create config.xml to support device suspend when screen off due to
p-sensor and enable adapative brightness. Modify auto brightness
table to support 1000 nits in HBM mode.
